REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Order shipments 

All orders will be shipped out with The Courier Guy within 3-5 working days. Should your order take longer than the usual, we will notify you with an approximate date for delivery. 

Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, notify us within 14 days of the date of receipt by filling in our Request a Refund / Return form. Ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging and securely packed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for refund.

If all is in order, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.  Alternatively we can issue you with a credit for future use on our online store. 

All refund amounts are subject to a 3% deduction, used by the payment processing provider for service fees.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 days of our email confirming receipt of the returned item, please check your bank account again. If you’ve done that and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hygrotech.co.za.

 

Courier

If the reason for refund/return is due to an error on our side, we will cover courier costs and arrange a date with you for collection of the returned items. 

If the reason for refund/return is due to an error on your side, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To return your product, you should deliver or courier your product to Hygrotech Head Office: 1 Gerard Braak St, Pyramid, Gauteng, 0120, South Africa. If you are shipping an item over R300, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Coupon Codes

  • Discount code is only valid for orders placed online.
  • Discount code is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher code or offer, unless otherwise stated. 
  • Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via the website.
  • We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid.
  • Promotion codes are only valid while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase, i.e.: With applied discount. Not at the RRP of the item.
  • In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
  • We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

When does this policy not apply?

  • Orders not processed through the online store.
  • Custom orders are exempt from being returned.
  • Orders delivered outside of South Africa are exempt from being returned.
  • If 14 days have passed since an item was delivered, we can’t accept a return.
  • Sale items are not returnable / refundable.
  • Any item returned that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
